Catalyst commissioned us to produce a range of creative content to help promote their Bedfordshire based development Rutherford Fields. We produced a Virtual Tour for their Showhome, and then produced two videos to promote an aerial view of the development as well as a Covid-19 Health & Safety video.

Honey Lane | Regenta

CGIs 

We were initially commissioned to produce two CGI visualisations of the Honey Lane development in Waltham Abbey, Essex. Regenta requested the scene to be shown at both a dusk and dawn setting. We were later asked to create a winter version and the visual was used for our client's 2019 Christmas cards. Due to some additional changes to the build, we also provided a revision of the the daytime visual.

Winns Avenue | Regenta

CGIs | Photography | Construction Time-lapse

Regenta commissioned us to produce a rear view exterior CGI for their Winns Avenue development in Walthamstow. Following this, we installed one of our longterm time-lapse cameras onsite to capture the construction of the development over the course of several months. We were later asked to produce a visual of the lower ground apartment. Our client confirmed that the CGI helped finalise the the decision of a potential buyer and the apartment sold within 6-hours of us delivering the visual.

Acton Town Hall | SiteSales

SiteSales Property Group commissioned us to produce a range of creative content to help promote the launch of the Acton Town Hall regeneration. We photographed the showhome, various launches, events and then produced three CGI visualisations and a virtual tour of the luxury council chamber.

Winns Avenue | Regenta

Cavendish Square | Osel

CGIs 

Osel Architecture commissioned us to produce two visuals to assist with their pitch for a commercial project in Cavendish Square, W1. Our client has now successfully secured planning permission and listed building consent for the redevelopment of the Grade II listed former banking hall and it will soon be a new restaurant/bar facility. The proposals will see the introduction of a new retractable glass roof terrace and a state of the art electrical cooking system.
